Hi, I was wondering where the description and names of all the wepons are?

if you hold the mouse over the icon in-game it should give you a discription.

You can, but it's nearly impossible if you have absolutely no knowledge of XML. Learn to do simple stuff before trying to do this.

No he doesn't. Team weapons don't have a "description".
