I don't get what you mean? SheriffBot monitors chat, and sends me a message if it thinks someone is spamming. I check it out, and if they are indeed spamming, ask them to stop (usually "<name>, stop spamming please"), followed by a warning that they'll be kicked if they carry on. If they continue to spam the chat, i kick them such that they can rejoin straight away. If they re-join and still continue the spamming, they get a short ban. If they continue after that, the ban length goes up each time. I don't see how i can be any fairer than that.

It was 1 hour, get over it. Doubletime got banned for 12 hours, and he's over it. You could have avoided it altogether by not spamming the chat with some non-worms-related web link, ignoring me asking you to stop, carrying on after the first kick, carrying on after the second kick, and calling me "f**k face" after the 5 minute ban i gave you.
