...are available at youtube.com/user/wormscesky (http://www.youtube.com/user/wormscesky). If you won't find the desired video, you can write me and I'll record it. ;)

EDIT: Just not to think I'm doing some kind of a cheap propagation, a lot of people found our (Worms Czech team) videos quite useful and when I saw that there are some help-me-with-mission requests on this forum, an idea to put the link here just came across my mind. :)

Nice initiative! I'm sure it will be useful for many people.

Oh now that's useful. They could be linked from here http://worms2d.info/Mission_walkthrough_%28Worms_Armageddon%29 (since the page has remained pretty much empty forever)

Well, I didn't expect such positive reactions... I hope to have videos to all missions one day, but in WWP the recording is not as easy as recording from a .wagame replay in WA. :( As to WA, I already have replays for all the missions, but I usually walk through them once more to make sure they were completed in the best possible way that I'm capable of. :)

Like doing them as quickly and efficiently as possible? Perhaps you and your czech friends might be interested in this little project, if they haven't already heard about it: http://www.nanacide.com/missionrecords/ :D

Oh my God, I have never seen so ****ing short times to complete missions :-D But as I record the videos mainly for newbies who gut stuck, I can't complete e. g. the first mission by performing a long mexi fly... ;-)

Yeah, that's why we needed something like your youtube channel.

Hey, I have an idea! How about we combine the two ideas (ie replays of noob-friendly mission completions) and then use the comments feature (where you can type comments into the chat box)?

Well, I don't really understand what you have in mind? We already have noob-friendly :D mission videos and users on YouTube can write comments to them... Or you meant to put this videos/replays to WAHelp (nanacide.com) website, so combining the two ideas would mean combining replays for noobs and for pros?

I meant rather than having videos that you have to stream (annoying for people on slow connections) that can only be one speed, you can use normal W:A replays for the tutorials, so that the viewers can slow them down/speed them up as they wish, don't have to stream them, and so the author can add comments whilst they are playing the mission by typing them in the chat box (that feature was added for offline games in 3.6.29.0).

WA replays are available at http://wormscesky.cz/?page=navod_mise (czech language only).

Mission videos at our YouTube channel are easier to find. Try to google "worms armageddon mission 22" and you'll probably find more YouTube videos than *.wagame files. YouTube is also useful for WWP walkthroughs as WWP doesn't support any kind of replay files. :-(

Muzer: No problem, I can send you or anyone interested in this who would like to add noobie walkthroughs somewhere the replays that were used to record these videos - the replays on our page that Struzak mentioned aren't always the same...

As for WA, I think that publishing .wagame files is a good idea, but for WWP we have no other choice than publishing the video. :(

Struzak: There's no reason why our deeds should be influenced by Google search results. I really do not see the connection between the fact how many .wagame files you can find compared to YouTube videos and whether we should prefer the former or the latter option. We can always publish both of them for WA and videos only for WWP, can't we. ;)

We should really get a proper site for this, with a decent URL. I could probably set aside a part of some random server space someone gave to me for us to use, then all we need would be for one of us to buy a cheap URL (though the url is good for the site at the moment, it's not relavant to W:A replays) (if you didn't know btw, URLs are really really cheap, like £5-£10 per year). Then on that site we could have all the youtube videos embedded (probably on separate pages for those like me with crap computers that crash if more than one flash object is on a page) and links to the corresponding .wagame files. Heck, if I can persuade the owner of the server, we might even be able to have a mini help forum for it (or I could always ask for some space at D17 or BTP (do either of those sites still lend out forum space?)).

Of course, it would also be for WWP, and maybe we could even expand to more Worms games?

Why not just use wormtube?

Didn't I just tell you a list of reasons why .WAGAME files will be far superior to streamed video?

i was responding specifically to this quote:

but at the time i was too lazy to actually quote it

Well, we will organise it in a way specific to missions, rather than having it just like a youtube profile.

Well, we have it already on our site in Czech: http://wormscesky.cz/?page=navod_mise and we are currently planning to translate the majority of the site to English, and as we are authors of the videos and respective .wagames, there is no problem to host them, create some kind of forum etc. ;)
