Can anyone tell me where i can or if i can play "Single Player Mode" & in "Deathmatch" if i can get the "Girder Starter Pack" as i cant seem to find it only the single ones..? do i need to update..?

Girder starter pack is a superweapon

You need to have superweapons enabled for it to appear - and you can add them to the scheme with the weapons editor, providing you have the latest update and have unlocked the full wormage

Complete all training missions with Gold, complete all normal missions with any medal grade and get elite in deathmatch. Do this to unlock Full Wormage :)

EDIT: thanks to muzer for reminding me of the death match part.

3 methods:

1) Complete the game (get gold on all trainings, complete all missions (with any medal), get elite in deathmatch) to unlock the ability to edit super weapons
2) Modify your team file with TeamED (http://worms2d.info/TeamED), to complete the game and unlock the ability to edit super weapons
3) Use a scheme editor (with SchemeEddy (http://worms2d.info/SchemeEddy)) to edit or create the scheme directly to add girder starter pack (editting with WA's editor after this will remove it, I think, so don't do that)
