Apparently, after browsing through the Team17 website for a particular reason, I found out that the "Latest News" section isn't so "latest" after all.

It hasn't been updated since last year, July 2007 to be specific.

Why did I post here? The "Online Orgy" description read: Websites, Clans, Newbies and Nerds.

That would probably be because they have no permanent webmaster to update the site, and volcadmin is too busy poking the forum's database server with a stick to keep it working.

Either that, or there's been no news in a year.

I could imagine Volcadmin in a rocking chair whilst doing it for some reason. :D

There will be an entirely new site... Times are a changin'

We decided to lie low for a while, most of our retail releases have had their own site (such as the Open Warfare series).

He should use that teetering, drinking bird that Homer Simpson uses to press buttons on his nucular power plant remote control computer. :D

Please, please, please, no Flash crap or intro videos!
Keep it clean, W3 conform XML!

What do you think causes the database errors then? :p That's when the bird falls over.

No, that's when the bird answers "N" to the question "turn on cooling fans?".

Or the bird knocks some beer into it.

Nah, the bird's teetering mechanism is filled with beer, but volcadmin can't control himself and drinks it.

Good to know somethings never do change.

They can't; all the avaliable teetering birds are in the testing department. Because, although the mannequins they hired functioned exactly like testers, they didn't fit in with the teamsters as they weren't social drinkers.

Oh, and I noticed that the two Recruiting icons are still there. Programmer and Web Designer if I'm not mistaken.

No one went for an interview or something?
