Hi to all, as we all know that people quit because they lose games. Now, we should make 'quit' on the start menu unavailable. Can you all vote, so i can see which is most. Please do not just vote for fun, vote seriously and tell me why you think this should happen. Happy voting! ;) note: quitters are stupid idiots!!! :D

We've had this discussion before: and it won't work. People can just switch off the console.

They should do what Worms 2 does, if someone quits or turns off the console the team that quit should surrender.

If you do take it away it will make it so you have to waste loads of time to quit in a game, but people will just turn off the WLAN swich and say their connection broke.

Note to quiters: if you quit you lose your maggies drawers/hard cases points, so if you didn't quit you would get more points :p :p :p

I think we should leave our cars parked with the doors open and the keys in the switch, because let's face it, if anyone wanted to rob them they would just break the window, open the door and hack the swtich so why bother locking it?

the point where that fails is when you realise that turning off the wlan switch is as easy, if not easier than selecting quit, whereas breaking into a car is much harder than opening a door.

Yes, dropping your DS in lava is also easier than turning it off.

Come on, surely you can see that turning off the WLAN makes it more of a pain in the ass afterwards than selecting quit and getting to the multiplayer lobby immediatly or am I missing something here?

It's not hard to make quitting a bit more annoying for quitters. Having to turn off the DS, loading the cartidge, logging in to the multiplayer lobby and finding a game might stop some people from quitting at some given times, believe it or not.

i see that people can turn their WLAN switch off, but this would mean they will be dissconnected from wormnet, and hopefully will not be able to connect again. This will make the quitters never online:D

by the way, i play worms open warfare 2 on PSP.

Hmmm... couldn't they just turn it on again and go back on?

We've discussed this topic to death. Removing the Quit option wouldn't prevent quitting. The Power and WLAN switches still provide workable methods of quitting.

And there is no way to determine who Quit when any of the methods are used since none of the games are played on a server. the server only lists games for you to join, not the actual game it self.
