Those are superweapons which only come in crates.
Increase the probability for weapon crates.

Or use the "Full Wormage" cheat code to get all weapons for all teams:
Change one of the teams' names you're playing with to IAmACompletepoof.
Use the exact same capitals.

These cheats are activated in a multi-player game (however they will not work when played over a network or the Internet). Whilst playing the game itself and the time starts to tick down, type these cheats (including the asterisks) and and activate by pressing the backspace key.

The IAmACompletepoof cheat is legitimate, by the way. It is official. It used to be Team17MICROPROSE until the patch, and they changed it to that to make online play embarrassing for the cheaters.

That cheat is perfectly legitimate, as it is rather hidden feature, namely the "Full Wormage", which is an unlockable scheme in WA and a standard scheme in WWP.
It also affects all players/teams and doesn't give one player an advantage, like cheats normally do.
