No. It is possible in WA, but not this game.

I believe you can import *.bmp, *.jpg, & *.tga images by going into the map editor and clicking the import button which looks like a floppy disk. You must place images you wish to import into your "...\user\import" folder. Improperly sized images will get stretched or shrunk to fit the 1920x696 limit.

Not in online play tho.

You can't import *.bmp, *.jpg, or *.tga images in Worms Armageddon online play either. ;)
