When Im playing online I hear speech banks being used that I cant buy in the store or arent already there? Where are they coming from? Do I have to download them or something?

Nope, no downloading or purchasing is required. If your talking about the PSP version, you simply edit your chat in: Profile>Edit Profile>Customize Chat. Then you can easily type in whatever you want, save it, and your good to go. Hope this helps.:D

He means speech, not text. There are many speechbanks on the UMD that aren't used by the game (perhaps they couldn't get passed censorship since there are many that may not be considered politically correct). I don't know if that's what you are hearing or maybe you just didn't unlock everything.

all you'd have to do is edit the saved game and change the selected speech bank flag on your team. of course, the saved game on psp is encrypted, and you need a hacked psp to decrypt it. if your psp runs a hacked firmware, it is almost trivial. for everyone else, you might be able to find a saved game somewhere with a team already hacked.
