Trying to download Service Pack 1, but I don't know which one my CD is.

It looks like it might be a budget re-release of some sort, in which case I'd assume it's already patched and you don't need to worry about the Service Pack.

If it's not pre-patched, you might find the SP1 somewhere on the CD.
If that isn't the case either, I'd guess that it's a US version because Best Buy is an US company.

Anyway, you could use trial-and-error and test all patches one after the other and do a re-install if it fails.
(You can probably rule out the Polish patch if your game CD doesn't have a ..\DATA\Resource\Polish sub-folder.)
