When i start the game, it looks like this. My graphics card is up to date and i dont know what else to do. Any suggestions?

Which OS are you using? WHat model of graphics card do you have? Are you absolutely certain you've got the latest drivers from the manufacurer's website? So this occur with any other games at all?

Meanwhile, broken though it may be, that does look pretty awesome.

Windows XP, Nvidia 7600gt, 1gb ram. It happened with wormz 3D and wormz forts.

Hm. Before you mentioned that it happens in the other games, I was going to suggest a reinstall as it could be due to corrupted graphics files. But that doesn't appear to be the case. I'm stumped, I'm afraid...

Have you by any chance overclocked your graphics card (GPU and/or VRAM)?
Maybe you also have a temperature problem.

Does it also happen in other, similar resource hungry 3D games besides the Worms games?

its all about the newest nvidia driver. ive reloaded an old version of the driver and voila!!!
