what I simply did was give FULL CONTROL permissions to WWP.exe!

Yeah I tried it and it works. Before when I tried to play it in the highest resolution or the medium resolution the colours would be all wierd, now it works fine.

Thought I'd wasted 5 quid on that game, thanks 4 the tip.

Didn´t work for me. In 640x480 all is ok, but in higher resolution i have this freaky colors. Maybe i did something wrong.

Didn't work for me, still have the wacky colours. Tried to change the resolution but that didn't help either.

go to the properties of wwp and go to security, click edit and go down through the list and make sure every allow box is ticked for every group. maybe need to do it for the shortcut you use and the file in the team17 folder. sometimes I need to have windows media player on and minimised aswell for the game to work for some reason
