im trying to say, its nothing to do with print screen, the colours look like that while im playing

Updated to the latest version drivers for your graphics card?
Using a resolution both your graphics card and monitor support?

Try closing all background programs including but not limited to instant messengers (eg Windows Live Messenger) and Anti-Virus programs. If the fault stops happening, reopen them all and close and reopen them one by one until you find the culprit.

they both sound helpful :P i think its something to do with the background apps, and compatibality mode, ill disable that
