yes I've already searched and called xbox live. ive already tried redownloading and rebooting.

every time I hit single player after signing in, the red checking content appears from different sides and stays in the middle for a bit.

after this, the xbox freezes. absolutely no response from the controller, all I can do is hit the power button.


alternately, if I hit the multiplayer selection, the checking content sign appears in the middle, and doesnt freeze. here I can sign out, force it to recognize a new gamertag, and send me back to the menu.
