2) I wanned have a flamebar HP but, when i try downlad "WWPipe" or "Wormnet2 connect", My computer said that's a virus :(

But a few years ago (3 or 4) i was it in my computer and the program worked perfect! Thats the thing i dont understand...

Download from blamethepixel.com. It's virus free, most likely your antivirus giving a false alarm. Either way, flaming bars are stupid, even moreso in WWP.
