people not being able to join = you not being able to host.

WormNET should warn players if they are not connectable

But the players can connect to WormNet fine. After all, it's just a game list and IRC.

Can it tell if you can sucessfully establish a peer-to-peer connection with other players? No. Nice idea, but I can't see it happening. The problem usually lies with the host with regards to firewall and/or router configuration.

Forward port 17011 on TCP for incoming connections and/or open it in the firewall.
