Is it possible to give a jetpack unlimited fuel?

AFAIK, not with the game's internal weapon editor.

An external editor may be able to edit that value.

It's not possible to change jatpack fuel inside a scheme file.

There are only 2 ways I can see it happen:

1) Make a mission. I believe you can change jetpack fuel inside WWP's mission editor, but that's only good for a mission, rather than a scheme.
2) Memory editing, which is difficult and I believe would cause a desynch online, as it's only client-side.

use memory editing, that works also online, if all the players set the same value. I suggest to edit the jetpack value in a mission file: this way, you will get the address in less than 3 searches.
