Hi,

is there any start option with which I can open WA in WINDOW MODE (NOT fullscreen!) like the "-w" at Diablo II ?

I've already tried forum search but with no result.

I need to be able to switch the game to the taskbar which is impossible at fullscreen mode.

There simply isn't a windowed mode. You can minimise it (although it's sometimes unreliable if left minimised for a long time) by clicking the bottom of the screen in menus, or a menu option in game, provided you have the latest update.
