That's a glitch in the system - same as how a moderator can infract an admin :p (Luther)

You should see the page that is entirely infractions for trippenz when he was posting his hacked WA website everywhere - we tried to shut him up, but it didn't work, so we then tried to find out how many infraction points one person could have before the system imploded. Turns out, when it gets to about 100, the database corrupts.

So, err.. sorry. We were kind of to blame for all those database errors a while back...
