W3DEditor can be found at dream17.co.uk in the fan-stuff section of the forums. this one is written by AlexBond. it does a lot of stuff that WMapEditor did not do, and it is much more user friendly. there are no compulsory keyboard shortcuts in this one, and i know that will make a lot of people happy. there is still a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of controls, it is quite nice. give it a try.

There is already a thread for this started by alexbond. We know you can edit W4 in there, I did it and announced it on his thread. Please do some searching before you make a thread.
