Most of the world uses PAL.

Yeah, if you say PAL, you're gonna freak out people like me who ordered the European release to play on a Japanese DS Lite. As far as I'm aware, there are no PAL or NTSC portable systems; they all use proprietary video formats, unless you got the limited edition PSP that operates at 25 frames per second on a 704X576 screen.
