If you are thinking of the replay feature of WA, then no, WWP doesn't have that.
You can only use video capturing software to create videos.

Or wait until the v4.0 patch is released, which merges WA and WWP with all features.

It's intended that every option from WWP will be in v4.0, plus many, many more.
Version 4.0 will be playable with either a WA or a WWP game CD, effectively merging both communities and providing all new features to everyone.

This could take many months or years though, so in the mean time I suggest you get WA too, to be able to play with the current new features (higher resolutions, online colour maps, bigger maps, more worms, more mines,...) too.
