I thought I was getting timeout errors while trying to host on Wormnet (W:A) because I was downloading torrents, but I'm getting the errors even after exiting the torrent program for a while. Then someone on Wormnet said we can't host because the servers are too slow. Is this true? If so, is there any way around it, and, more importantly, is Team17 doing anything about it? It feels like they recently changed servers..

Do you randomly make up stuff, I'm wondering. The servers are going through problems at the moment and this is causing lots of people to timeout when trying to host.

I couldn't connect to Wormnet 1 for several minutes at all, while other people didn't have any problems.

I can't get on anymore. It was working fine until the round I was playing ended. I can't log onto WormNET.

hm, well i have only received lag but not enough to time anything out yet.

Yes, WWP has a similar problem - the server seems to have a lower capacity and it takes longer to log in.

Other than that, it seems fine.

plainplain, there both on the same server so of course if one is slow so is the other... unless someones being a ******* and somehow devoting all server resources to one game in particular :P
