How can I manually run the reg files under "Tweaks"?

Whenever I double-click them it says, "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel.".

Help! :O

assign regedit.exe to it, its found in either your windows or your system/system32/wow64 (depending on winNT or win9x) folder.
