Ok this is really wierd. My WWP was working fine a couple days ago. And now it will not boot at all.

I'm not sure what happened to cause this. During this time I have installed Norton antivirus and PeerGuardian on my computer. And i got some new speakers with an amp on my computer now. But i dont see how any of these things can be keeping WWP from booting up.

It reads the disk when i put it in. I click play and it acts like it wants to boot up. And then a little tiny white sqaure appears in the middle of my screen for about 5-10 secs and then it just doesn't boot. You can hear that the disk isn't even spinnin in the drive. Hopefully my disc ain't ****ed.

Anyone ever had this problem? or have any suggestions? i've already uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game and its doing the exact same thing. Thank you for ur help.

disable peer guardian and nortans and see if they have any effect at all, if the prob goes away, then its one of them.

I tried disabling Norton and PeerGuardian, and it still didn't do anything. Half the time it tells me to install the disc and retry, even tho the disc is already in there!

I took my disk to my bros house and installed it on his machine, it booted right up! So i know my disc is good. It's just not being read properly in my drive. I tried another disc in my drive and it worked, so it's just my worms disc that is actin shady. Any clue what could be causing this?

anydvd by sly soft? i tried a cracked copy and it made my drives unaccessible in windows till i uninstalled it :P
