I have been hosting fine (a hundred matches at least). Now, after downloading Soundbank 2 and the very last two custom maps, whenever I host I just get a black screen immediately after hitting "Start Game". Obviously, this used to send you to the generic map where you could customize map and options.

I can join games fine still.

Is there anything someone can recommend? I don't want to have to pay for the custom map packs again to "reinstall" them.

I'm 99.9% this is not a connectivity problem on my end, since I can join games fine. I have tried several times to host games and no matter who joins, all I get is that black screen immediately after hitting "Start Game".

Edit: Nevermind, I found this in another thread

I have all the other downloadables plus the new ones that are up today...As soon as I try to start any game the screen goes black and my 360 locks up. I will try deleting Manhattan and see if it helps.

EDIT: Deleting Manhattan did the trick.

yes, Manhattan has a bug in it as spoken about in another thread here, they are addressing the issue and re-releasing it, no charge to tho's who purchased the original version.

I deleted Manhattan and everything worked OK, so that was the problem in my case.

yes, im just pointing out, its a known issue and is being dealt with.
