Alright, so it seems like this isn't going to be a simple solution problem.

I'm unable to host games on Worms Armageddon, it's a problem with my ports. I'm running through a router, and I've enabled the ports. I also shut my router firewall off, as well as my windows firewall. I don't have any other firewalls running. I also have my IP forced in the worms configuration.

This has been a recurring problem, because I wasn't able to download torrents up until a few days ago, until I finally go it working again, and then all of a sudden it stopped working.

Today I was finally able to host games, I managed to host 2 games, with the port 17011 being successfully opened. After the second game, it stopped working, I never did anything different, went from being in a game, to the lobby, then trying to host another with no one being able to join. I checked "http://www.canyouseeme.com" to see if it was opened, and it wasn't. The port had closed itself again.

My ISP is rogers cable, and my IP is dynamic, but it didn't change, so that wasn't the problem either.

I'm completely lost as to what I'm supposed to do. This isn't a problem with just this router, I've tried 2 other routers, of different makers, and I still get the same issue.

It's possible that your LAN is configured to use DHCP (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_Host_Configuration_Protocol), which means that your computer's local address may change randomly. If you plan to use port forwarding, you need to turn it off, and assign a permanent address for your computer.

To check if DHCP is on or off, go to Control Panel, Network Connections, right-click on your LAN connection and choose Properties, select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), click Properties. DHCP will be used if "Obtain an IP address automatically" is selected.

(I resolved it by setting up a DMZ server as well as disabling the DHCP)

you could have just restricted the IP it uses from within windows, i got mine set to a stat 192.168.15 and the router is still set to dynamic.

all you would need to know wouold be your gateway IP and your ISP DNS settings.
