Worms Armageddon missions are located on the game's CD, in [your CD drive letter]:\Data\Mission.

If you mean he wants to send you his data that has everything unlocked, he needs to go into the user\teams folder and send you that single file.

When you put that file into your teams folder it will overwrite what you have there already, you can only have one instance of it.

If you want to unlock everything yourself, either work for it or use a third party program which will just unlock things for you without deleting your team data.
