Well as you all know well i collect worms files so would you possibly release all the teststuff/battyropes and any other versions you might feel comfortable releasing?

The previous test versions can be activated by using /test and having someone with an older version in the same game.

You can find archives of some of the older updates here: http://worms2d.info/Beta_updates_(Worms_Armageddon)

aha, so what is different between the new and old teststuff and batty ropes? (or is batty ropes the same no matter who joins pretty much?)

You can activate all features ever implemented in test/batty versions with the new beta's commands.

Except unlimited speed, basically. But that was prone to crazy things happening, like tons of damage because of a tiny pump in a corner.

most likely wants them for the same reason as me, i want to be able to play with these extra features but not just with everything enabled.

Like I said, it's not hard to emulate an older version of teststuff. To activate TestStuff3 (with unlimited speed), host and activate /test with the latest beta, and then have someone join with 3.6.26.5. Because 3.6.26.5 doesn't support TestStuff4 (the latest version), TestStuff3 will be used.

I know Cyber but I don't want to emulate it, i want to know if you'll possibly ever release the older ones?

The new engine versions were created so that it was possible to play the test versions on big maps (actually, this could have been done with the old ones, but any fixes introduced to the engine for big maps wouldn't be used).
