Here is your help. =)

- 8.3 Flag changing in Wormnet
The flags in the lobby of Wormnet are directly related to the regional settings of your computer. If you wish to change the country flag, follow these instructions:
- Double click on 'My Computer'.
- Double click on 'Control Panel'.
- Double click on 'Regional Settings'.
- Select desired language.
The flag that you have whilst playing in game is set up when you create a team. To amend this, edit your team details.

The point is:
1) "I can speak Russian" doesn't mean I cant speak English or any other language, right?
2) That option is not for determining which language I speak(Language ToolBar is for this purpose, or manualy), but for compatibility with non-Unicode applications.
3) Developers put that discriminative thing "Language filter" on by default, why???

Btw, why forum does not accept Russian e-mail (@mail.ru)? What kinda thing is this? :-/

Yes, determination of the country flag is done a bit awkwardly in WWP.
In WA with the beta updates, it has been changed to the location setting, rather than the language setting.
3) Developers put that discriminative thing "Language filter" on by default, why???
Well, I always turn it off, because such filters are completely useless anyway.
They often filter out completely harmless words, just because there's a combination of letters in them that is a swear word.

No idea.
I suggest you ask volcadmin (http://forum.team17.co.uk/member.php?u=1), T17's administrator.

As a forum admin, I can tell you that about 90% of the internet's spam bots register with a mail.ru e-mail. I'm don't know whether that's the reason those were banned here or if they really were, but it wouldn't surprise me. It's a witty solution to an otherwise terrible problem.

And if that is indeed the case, you should probably have a word with whoever hands out mail.ru e-mails first.

Actually i am from Latvia, and i can say- there are no Baltics flags in the lobby. But is there a way to get them in?

If you're absolutely sure there's no flag for your country there, then PM CyberShadow about it, and he should be able to add it in.
EDIT: Oh, disregard this advice. I thought this was the Worms Armageddon forum. So no, there's no way to get any other flags in until the long-expected WA-WWP merge is released.

No he won't, this is WWP.

I just almost posted what you posted. :o
