But the link doesn't work(or the topic was deleted). If this patch is for W:A, so, what is that patch and where i can get it?

It's a leaked patch, you are not supposed to have it. Thread got deleted but I guess the main webpage doesn't update in real time.

That was trippenz trying to release "his" WA CE, which is actually just the leaked alpha with his name on it.

Unfortunately, AT couldn't ban him so couldn't stop him posting, but he gave up eventually, although he was posting for up to 2 hours.

Why isn't he banned yet? He was insulting mods, reposting deleted posts/threads, and trying to release a hacked version of WA.

I think because there's nobody much to ban people on weekends. I suspect it's only a matter of time. I believe he's now the forum leader on infraction points.

Two things:
1. Is there any way to get trippenz to take it down?
2. To be honest in the readme it does say he stole it, i checked to see if he took credit.

In principle, it's copyrighted material, so legal action could force him to. Otherwise, whine at his host until he takes it down. Their T&C will probably ban it. (Though as I recall they're pretty awful at that kind of thing.)

Might as well lock this now, as it's all been discussed.

Action has been taken against trippenz and the mods will continue to watch him. His WA:CE site has been taken down due to a breach of T&C. And he broke the rules.

I imagine T17 set their legal team onto Tripod, which proabbly scared them quite a bit ;)
