Ok...I install my game(WA), then, when it says "Finished Installing" I go to my Desktop and there's no Icon. So I'm like wtv I'll go make a shortcut myself. I go in start>programs and there's nothing...So I'm like thts weerd...So then I to c:>Micro Prose>WA and there's ;ike no .exe of the game. The only .exes I could find in the WA folder(Not data and all that just the first one)were one to register to Hasbro or something and Landgen. I tried reinstalling through D:, Run, Autorun, losts of ways but still didn't work...This never happened before, I know it never did this on my old P1, Windows 95. But I dont remember if I ever installed on P4 Windows XP...Yea so, can someone help with this? Btw, my OS is Windows XP. If that's of any help.

EDIT: Also, I think it's a pretty old version since I got when I was like 5-6 and now I'm 15 :/ Plus, the BG of the CD is like orange I think. Well, I'm a bit color blind and my mom said it's like half orange half yellow. But wtv, it's prolly the old orange one...

Download the patch/beta that comes with an .exe and work from there.

Or, move there. ha ha ha...

What edition of the game are you trying to install?

You can try using this alternative installer (http://www.nanacide.com/wahelp/installguide-autoinstaller.php) to install the game from the CD. It won't create any shortcuts, but it should install the entire game, incl. WA.exe, to the folder you specify.
