I need the sprites of the regular worm, walking, jumping etc, I downloaded the sigworm development kit but that contains animated gifs of each weapon being used by worm and only facing left, that's not what I need, I need different the frames separated in jpg/png/bmp, anyone has any idea?

That should work.

http://www.blamethepixel.com/file.php?id=0539 - Sprite Editor

The sprites are always shown facing left. The game mirrors the images when they're the other way around.

There's a tutorial on how to use the editor in the first post of this thread here: http://forum.team17.co.uk/showthread.php?t=20591

It would be worth the effort to find an Animation Program. However, with the merging of Jasc and Coral, I'm not certein where to point you.

Adobe Fireworks is quite good apparantly.

The GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/) .

Don't need to animate them ;O

An animating program still helps. You don't get such a mess of files.

Plus, it stops any chance of you asking in the future.

IrfanView can dump all of the frames of an animated gif to individual images. It's probably much more useful than the "gif splitter", considering all its other useful features.

The GIMP comes with a seperate animation package download which can easily handle animated gifs. It displays them as each frame being on a seperate layer, so all you have to do is select the layer, copy it, then paste it onto a new image. And there you go. You just take the ones you need.
