I expect the image URL contains lower case letters. The caps filter isn't perfect. There are lots of ways around it.

Well first for the map i use the WmapEditor,for the girders i change the image into the folder themes and for the flags the same thing. For the water i download a program for change color and for the hat i overwrite the file XOM of the hat for the weapon:rolleyes:
