i have installed the game onto my computer

whenever i click the icon to launch it i get a grey box with this message:

does anyone know what i should do to be able to play worms? i really really REALLY want to play it!

i tried to do that but all i ended up doing was extracting some files that didnt seem to do anything anyway

im not very good on computers so maybe im doing something wrong

the files you extracted are a CD image.

you need to burn that image to a CD then boot off that CD.

I doubt that's the problem. It might be, but I doubt it.

1) Is your copy of WA legally bought? Where did you buy it, and what does the disk look like?
2) Try uninstalling the game, installing it again (DO NOT try and patch it) then downloading and running this (http://worms.thecybershadow.net/files/WA_update-3.6.26.5_Beta_Installer.exe)
