Well, my friend NAiL registered here. But it looks like he can not activate his membership. Could someone of the admins do that?

He should have provided a valid e-mail address and should have received an e-mail to that account with a link that he needs to click on to complete the registration. If he didn't get an e-mail, tell him to log in to the forum, and I think there's an option to re-send the validation e-mail.
