Not really, the game is pretty much at final and has been in test for couple of months. Things tend to work on a very tight schedule on console ;)

I'd be surprised if there's many things you would want that aren't in here.. but then again, maybe not!

alright thats fine then, Im actually happy that someone like you are in these forums, keeps really good contact with the community

just wondering because I have worms open warefare 1, and the customization in that was just horrible (no offence)
can you at least manually place your worms before the battle (if the option is selected)?

and I just realized where I saw the name Spadge before, in a worms game :S
man that took a while

There's a TON of customisation in the game... don't worry.

So I hear this game is based in different time periods, I didn't see a Napleon worm on the official website.

The bit I'm looking forward to is playing online.

Spadge, I think you should make it more prominent that you are the big boss (eg a custom title)

Nah it's ok.

I know this is probably the wrong place to ask it (although I have asked other places with no avail), but Can anyone help me fix my buggy PSP WLAN switch, It will disconect me (or interupt the connection causing a disconnect) from the internet if I just slightly nudge the switch
The switch doesnt even have to slide back down, It just disconnects me the second a TINY movement occurs on the switch

My help is "buy a new one", but considering I haven't got one, hear others first :p

Mine is worse; you have to get the switch in exactly the right place (which, annoyingly, isn't maximum) before it will work, and as with you if you nudge it it will D/C. The problem is, since the switch is still actually "up", it doesn't realise the switch is the problem and gives me loads of weird errors, none of which being "the wi-fi switch isn't on".

I actually sent it to sony but they snet it back and did NOTHING to it

how do you play online stuff or browse then? (if you do)

I use my DS and Wii. When I do want to use it, I just have to spend a minute getting it in the correct position, and making sure I won't nudge it.

On offence, but the engine for OWF1 was a teensy bit aweful. Is the same one used in OWF2?
Thankies.

Anyone who doesn't know and decides to mess with him finds out fast enough ;)

It was different developers -- I doubt they'd have let them use the source, and if they had let them they probably wouldn't have wanted to. Most programmers hate nothing more than other people's code.

If Team17 are open for suggestions, I've thought of a brilliant way to increase productivity 150%. Give all of your staff members one of these:

Of course, you've probably all got one already....;)

They tried that once and everyone whined about the buggy games. You people are never happy.

That was because the beer cans were empty.

I'd love for Spadge to tell us his team hates beer.

Not everyone drinks, or those that do maybe not beer.

I drink an awful lot less beer than I used to do...

Ah, that explains the lack of beer guzzler title.

That explains the other DS title. *handles a barrel*

ALSO! I saw the new one's minigames, and I LOVE IT! that's a PERFECT touch screen use.

But it's very subtle; I didn't notice it until now.

There's a TON of customisation in the game... don't worry.

however i BET you cannot customise the worm voices, ie record 10 or however many responses to actions within the game so that you worms have your voice, that would be sweet! I love all the accents available on past games. But the psp doesn't have a mic unfortunately.:-/

DarkAvenge, (post #12) I have a PSP that works wirelessly, and what you need is:

1. A wireless router for your PC,
2. Connection (thru the router) to the internet on your PC,
3. A wireless connection to the router on your PSP,
4. And last but not least, a good place to sit, lay down, etc. near your router (for optimal connection) that can either be above, below, or a couple of yards near it. My uncle works for a computer company, and he says below the router works the best due to radio waves (or something) traveling faster.

If it still doesn't work, don't be mad at me; I'm not a professional.
