Okay folks, I have researched everything and cannot find an answer to this problem, so if anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE help!

I had the LAN issue with the closed doors, apparently due to the DirectX9.0c error, so I followed the directions to set up the IPX way of doing it. I also made sure to forward the correct ports. I had an original error stating that one of my computers was unable to connect to the specified IP address, which I got rid of, somehow, but know I can connect with both of them, yet they cannot see each other. So if anyone has any advice I would be very thankful!
