Interesting I can view this replay in WA replay viewer, albeit in weird colours, but not actually play the game :

Try right-clicking on your WA shortcut and going to properties. In the target box, OUTSIDE the quotes add /NOINTRO . For example, if your game is at C:\Team17\Worms Armageddon, the box will look like this:
"C:\Team17\Worms Armageddon" /NOINTRO

Now try running the game as admin, with XP compatability etc etc.
