Close, but not quite. The link in my sig is actually for CutWormLE, which is a program that allows WWP players to create specialized color maps for WWP that can be played online or offline.

CutWorm v1.19 is the one that allows you to snoop WormNet2 from your desktop. You can do this with or without WWP running. But this program is incomplete, has a number of bugs, and crashes frequently for a lot of people.
