So i downloaded the 3.0 patch and once i did and tired to play WA 2 errors come up one says "The exeption Illegal instruction an attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction. (0xc000001d) occured in the application at location 0x00406947)

or

"The instruction at "0x00406942" referenced memory at "0x6352156e". The memory could not be written.

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

Even so, installing v3 shouldn't kill the game. You may have installed it over an already patched game.

Do a clean re-install, then use CyberShadow's v3.6.26.5 auto-updater (http://www.nanacide.com/wahelp/WA_update-3.6.26.5_Beta_Installer.exe).

I've had problems from a clean install with the updates giving the same and also different messages. they alternate sometimes.
