goes to team 17 logo and crashes back to the xbl arcade section, tried re-downloading and dumping cache..any help?

Get MS to send you a replacement hard drive/360. It's a hassle but it seems to be a rare problem that Team17/MS haven't been able to recreate, so they can't even start on a solution. If Team17 can't recreate the issue then perhaps they should organize for someone who has the problem to send in their hard drive, so Team17/MS can work it out. How many profiles do you have on your 360? What are their names? You could try deleting and recreating your profiles but be careful not to erase your saved games.
