Anyone have a list of all the Rank's for your team? Currently up to 'Highly Distinguished' and wondering how many there are.

These are taken from the PSP version and this list is in alphabetical order. I don't know the rank order and Team17 didn't follow military ranking exactly :). Some may be different from the XBOX version. I have a rank of Team17 Elite (different to just plain Elite) and it hasn't changed in a long time, so i'm guessing that's the highest (I've played Challenge 1 many times). This is an offline rank and is not seen by online players.
