My problem: The game crashes (or exits) just after the Worms / Team17 logo screen is displayed. Just quits right out to the dashboard. No message. Nada. I tried with both the trial and full version. Tried clearing the harddrive cache. Tried downloading it again. Still the same crap. I spoke with the 360 support on phone and the guy I spoke to didn't have a clue. It appears I'm gonna get refunded my 800 points, but really, I just wanna play Worms!
Have any of you come across this problem? Is there a solution?

Sorry fella, we've seen one report of something similar happening AFTER it playing ok for a few days. It seems to me that the profile may be corrupt. Have you tried creating a new profile and trying the game when signed in with that?

Yep. Tried with my girlfriends profile and a "blank" silver profile. No luck. This sucks.
Get me a debug version so i can breakpoint it ;)

So basically, I'm screwed and I can't play Worms ever unless I get a new 360 that doesn't somehow magically differ in its hardware configuration? Thanks a lot.

Do you have an harddisk? What if you remove it and use a memory card?

I don't have any memory cards. But I did try with another harddrive and that didn't work either. After discovering that Jetpack Refueled didn't work either the support guys over at Microsoft figured my 360 is ****ed up, so I sent it to Germany for service today.
