Hey everyone.

I hope someone here can help. I'm having issues when i'm trying to play WORMS.
The problem is general freezing issues. There is no real pattern to it but the game completely locks up with no response from controls.
When i first dl the game i had no problems whatsoever... great game, but the freezing is ever persistent.
For example if i try to complete the first single player challenge all works well until i complete the challenge and the stats screen appears. Once i try to progress from the stats screen it locks up. I've also tried to delete teams i've created and its locked up. The same thing happens when i go online also. It's very random but has basically made the game useless. i cant play any games now without it locking up or "freezing".
My 360 has been repair under warranty once for the dreaded "three red lights" issue and since i've had it back its been fine.... apart from playing worms.

I've trouble shooted as much as i can without calling xbox n sending back... which i'm sure would be almost impossible for them to find a solution as it doesnt appear to be a hardware issue.
i havent tried formatting my HD because i dont want to lose my gamesave data.

I've googled this issue but no one else seems to be having the same issue.
i'd appreciate any help

Very odd, we've had no reports of anything like this. I'm not sure what we can do in this occasion since we have to be able to re-create problems in the lab (so to speak) before we can effectively de-bug them. This appears to be a very isolated issue with your 360 I'm afraid.

On more than one occasion my system has completely frozen when I am hosting an xbox live multiplayer ranked match. I get all the people in the game and then click to start the match and it freezes the system to where I can't use the controller or anything. I don't know if this problem has been mentioned before, but hopefully this is a fairly common problem so that it can be fixed in the patch.

It certainly isn't common (I think there's been going on for a million or more games of online Worms so far) - it may be to do with the NAT (server side, router settings) of one or more of the players.

tdmcg's problem sounds like the known issue where more than 4 players join a game at the same time. Should be fixed in the hopefully upcoming TU.
