Exactly the same was as the Silver damage, only 10 times as much damage. I'm sure you can earn it on xbox live.

just keep blowing up worms, you can get it on anything as far as i know. i got it from playing player matches, because i got all the achievments bar the campaign one before i had played anything apart from games with my mates.

Your'll get it when you get it seems the thing with the damage, just play and it will come when it comes.
