Do you get more points in ranked games for winning a 4 player match compared to a 2 player match?

I think it's based on health taken vs. health lost if I'm not mistaken, so it's probably a contributor!

There's nothing in the scoring that explicitly gives you more points for there being 4 opponents. However there is the pottential to get more kills/cause more damage.
