There are 12 achievements, worth 200 points. As in most XBLA titles.

does anyone know if the achievments can be done in player mode or does it have to be ranked? i know it sometimes gets abused if player but its preferable to playing people with no sence of humour about these things like the majority of people you meet on ranked matches

since it is cumulative, it shouldn't really matter. the only one of these that you need to complete in a single round is "kill 3 worms with one shot" achievement. everything else you'll get eventually if you just blow up barrels, kill with sheep, etc., every once in a while.

Additionally, if you are a real cheap son of a *****, then you could start a two-player offline game and get the achievements cheaply.

Those achievements aren't very challenging though, but I guess they are good to hook some non-fans to the game.

I like 'em - sounds like some easy 200 points for me, generated as time passes by and my Xbox 360 overheats with Worms :D
