I am connecting to WormNet (latest version,DirectX 9.0c), all is ok.
But when I am creating a game or joining, i see that everybody gives UP and
everybody "forced out due to network failure". They see that I have a bug with net. And I see: IP address = 10.195.32.109, not my external IP!

if you can host then you ARE using your external IP address... what you looked at is possibly someone elses IP address... if they are not setup correctly aswell then you will normall desync during a game... in worms 2 everyone acts as a server and not just the host unlike in worms armageddon.

I suggest you get the W2 IP Changer (http://www.spadger.uk.ro/worms2/w2mc.zip) which changes your internal IP address to your external.
Works for me.

Ehrm, sure.
He can of course see his own IP address in the network play menu.
You are simply assuming that he has "looked at someone else's IP address", while he never said that anywhere.
