Okay. I patched Worms 2. Now it says that it's the newest version (1.5). Whenever I start the game up, it says "CD audio error". I don't get it. Is there a way to fix this, or should I just un-patch it?

Install and run your game from the CD drive (both real and virtual) with the lowest drive letter.
E.g. D:\ is lower than E:\.

Either re-install or switch around the drive letters in Windows.

I should have told you this first. I only have one CD drive, and am running Windows XP, if that's any help.

Isn't there an option somewhere about virtual sound card audio?
